From kitchens to grocery shelves, we make market entry possible.
The Market Entry Fund (TMEF) helps Minnesota food and beverage founders—especially women and underrepresented entrepreneurs—turn recipes into retail-ready products.
We remove barriers in a tough, highly regulated industry with hands-on technical support, micro-grants, and real pathways into the market.
Our mission is simple: to build a more equitable and inclusive food economy by helping underrepresented entrepreneurs turn ideas into thriving businesses.
We're here to help emerging food producers go to market with their products. Through community retail, a supportive grocery environment, our grocery store partner provides retail services and gives back 100% of sales proceeds to the Minnesotan makers.
We provide micro-grants to emerging food processors and manufacturers to enable them to keep moving forward in their business journey. We grant dollars in places where the "funding can have the deepest and most tangible impact" on the growth and success of the business.
Recognizing that others in our ecosystem bring expertise and often provide complementary services and supports to the same community, we help make connections and create partnerships that keep businesses thriving far beyond what we can do.
